Overgrown shrunk a making path unusable

The trees and shrubs on the side of the path have overgrown, covering over 1-2 meters of the path making it nearly unusable. This is particularly an issue for disabled people in a mobility scooter as to get past you are required to step into the road, but mobility scooters would not be able to do this due to the lack of a dropped curb and cars parked along the road.
