Previously reported on 09/06/2024. Report closed saying it’s been fixed. It hasn’t been fixed.

The area of Tugmutton Common opposite the houses in Willow Walk/Parkside Terrace needs cutting/strimming as a matter of urgency please. It keeps getting missed and is unusable as the grass is now too long. Thanks.

  • IDVERDE have wrecked this park. Now they have apparently been instructed to take action, they just drag their heels. We now have to create a report every time the grass needs cutting or bins are left to overflow! Replace IDVERDE with a contractor who understands commercial responsibility to the councils’ tax payers!

  • You have once again closed a report that has not been fixed. ‘Appropriate action’ has not been taken and the grass at this location still needs cutting. The area is completely unusable now. Please address as a matter of urgency.

  • Resident called to chase report, resident has seen rats in the area, had been told that there has been orchid bulbs planted in the area, please can this be looked into and the grass cut back urgently

  • For information, the reason being for this area not being cut at this time is due to the team being advised that there were orchids in this section of the park; cutting them back can be detrimental to their health and blooming cycle.

  • Resident has asked for clarification this as grass is now unusable and believes grass still should be cut despite the orchid bulbs as causing issues with rats and dog fouling and anti social behavior, becoming a health and safety hazard
