Overgrown area left after grass cutting

A large area of overgrown weeds, etc has been left after recent cutting of the grass verge. It is all weeds and looks a mess. Please can it be cut back.

After investigating this we have discovered this is a tree stump and has been passed to the relevant department to action as necessary.

Thank you for your enquiry. Works have been raised and issued to the contractor for completion to grind out the stump. Separately a replacement has been added to the planting schedule 2024/25 which is in hand to be planted next planting season starting in November running through to March 2025.
