Over hanging ivy shrubs etc into Westgate road. The rear gardens from the House 1,2,3 & 4 regency mews have a vast amount of ivy shrubs etc which all over hangs below head high and a trip hazard on the pavements in Westgate Road. Also the street tree on the grass verge in this area is extremely low as well.

  • We have notified the responsible party of their duties and responsibilities and informed them that further enforcement action may be taken if the issue is not resolved. For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

    The owners/tenants of the rear gardens from the House 1,2,3 & 4 Regency mews have made no attempt to cut back their vast amount of ivy, shrubs etc which all over hangs the pavements into Westgate road below head high and a trip hazard on the pavements.

  • 1,2, Regency mews have cut back their over hanging vegetation from their rear gardens into Westgate road. The owners/tenants of the rear gardens from the House 3 & 4 Regency mews have still made no attempt to cut back their vast amount of ivy, shrubs blackberries etc which are STILL over hanging the pavements into Westgate road below head hight.
