Russian vine causing damage to propoerty

Russian vine (not JKW) is growing very quickly attaching itself to my garden fence, shrubs and shed causing damage. This is a continuous problem that you are aware of as you have thankfully been out several times to cut it back. It's also causing the embankment to destabilise as my fence line is out of alignment causing my fence panels to be loose. The roots need to be treated and killed to prevent further growth. This has been an issue for years. The growth is in-between Farnborough Hill and the back gardens of properties 19-23. See previous reports.

Thank you for your additional comments, this is due to be attended to when our tractor flail comes in for the annual cutbacks. When the vegetation is cutback from the side of the banks this should kill the remainder which is encroaching over to the fence.
