Fly tipping

Another day on Naseby Street L4 5TT I have reported this before this is a daily occurrence the bins are empty but rubbish is still being left on the street it is causing vermin which we were told these bins would help to control that but it has gone worse instead of it being thrown in the entry by some tenants it is now being tossed by people in cars houses on church road west and anyone else who wants to dump things something needsto be done about it asap im frightened to go out my house because of rats
