• Resident has called in as this was reported in May but no action has been taken, resident would like an update on when the tree will be removed and a new tree planted .

• Thank you for the comment, works raised have a 3 to 6 month time frame. The location will be added to the next planting season, this runs from November 2025 to April 2026. A new tree will be planted in this time frame.

  I feel that this should be removed before the winter as wet weather could affect the roots more and would be dangerous. A new tree could be planted in the spring which I am quite happy to water,

• Thank you for your enquiry. The contractor is in hand to remove the dead tree with a replacement added to the planting schedule 2024/25 which is in hand to be planted next planting season starting in November running through to March 2025.

• Please accept our apologies for the delays, the works have been taken off our incumbent contractor and issued to a third party contractor for completion. We envisage that the contractor will take 6-8 weeks to complete them.
