Loose, clanking drain/pothole/crumbling road

The drain outside 58 Sunte Avenue has become loose again and is now emitting a thundering CLANK-CLANK every time someone drives (or rather, speeds, this is Sunte Avenue after all where the average speed appears to be 40mph) over it.

What is most infuriating is that this has been "fixed" in 2018, 2020, 2022 and again last year and it KEEPS ON HAPPENING.

Here's a suggestion: close the road for an hour or however long it takes and fix the damn thing properly. Use our council tax wisely - instead of patching the road and bodging the drain repair, employ an expert and get it sorted permanently.
