The pavement directly outside my house is defective which has caused a severe damp issue in my property. Rainwater is not running off away from the house and instead is seeping back towards the house and pooling in places. My downpipe drains directly onto the pavement and where the water ejects there is an uneven surface and various cracks which result in rainwater coming back towards the house. The pavement needs resetting with more slope-away added along the entire stretch of my front wall. Ideally a drainage channel should be set into the pavement so that my rainwater drains properly. I now have to spend thousands of pounds on a new floor and damp-proofing as the water seeping into my walls has completely rotted my joists and floorboards. Please fix urgently.

The pavement directly outside Kingscot on Sherborne street, from the left side of the front door all the way to the neighbours house (Royden). The worst part is the pavement directly in front of and around the downpipe (cracked, uneven, pooling water).
