These have got worse and are now very dangerous

Any updates please? Many thanks. The area is getting worse. Similar probelms to this time last year, so could a more lasting repair be made please?

The order for this repair has been raised with the Council’s contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works.
Please continue to bear with us. We anticipate an early resolution to this report from this point in time.

Any idea of a likely date please?

The road surface at this junction is very dangerous, it needs to be properly resurfaced not just more patches. This was first reported back in May, 2 months on and no action, please fix properly asap.

This was just closed, the problem was not fixed. I have reported again since and that ticket was closed as well with no action taken. Complete joke

Also closed off as fixed on 8th July, however road surface is still poor and uneven.

This issue is not fixed, the road is still in a bad state of repair. If I do as suggested and create a new ticket this will just be closed. Please come and take another look at the road surface of this junction.

Spraying lines round the holes doesn’t mean they are fixed.

Resident called to chase when this would be resolved the white lines have been marked around the issue but no work has been completed, please can this be looked into urgently and the road repaired.

This is utterly ridiculous, the road needs repair, what is the point of having a ticket system if repairs are not made. I will be taking this up with my local councillor.

Resident has called back as the road is still in a state of repair, every time they report , the report is closed straight away, the road gets spray painted but nothing else happens, would someone be able contact the resident to discuss this issue with the resident.

The report originator has called due to this report getting closed again. He is not the only person commenting on this report as it does effect a lot more than just himself. All he would like is a call to explain what is happening with the issue of the potholes on the road as it is just getting worse. Please find his details in private comments
