Light sensor is not detecting vehicles problem

I'm writing to express a concern about the newly installed traffic lights at the Hare and Hounds crossroads.

When you are driving in all directions except one you have two sets of lights facing you. Two lights on your side of the junction at the stop line, left and right of the road, and two on the opposite side of the junction. This is normal and good.

However if you're coming down Parton Road towards the junction you only have one light and that is on your left at the stop line. In fact there are two lights but one is positioned, bizarrely, behind the other and so is invisible at most angles. The single light is difficult to see especially if the sun is shining from that direction. Why are there no lights on the other side of the junction and, more importantly, why is there no light on the right hand side of the junction at the stop line?

Please could you explain this to me and rectify it?
