Serious defect in the road

When heavy vehicles like the R3 bus, go over this stretch of road (between houses 12-16 Sefton Road) the supporting structure beneath the tarmac is moving.
This means there is excessive vibration/knocking and potential for damage to houses in the street. We can feel these vibrations and knocking in every room in our house
I believe this will be causing possible damage to my property and others in the road and should be fixed urgently.
The same problem has been previously identified and fixed properly e.g the area outside 21 Sefton Road

Whilst work has been undertaken, the repair work has defects due to vehicles driving over the new tarmac - there is now a dips in the road outside number 12 and number 14 Sefton Road which did not exist before. In addition the tarmac removed by the work undertaken has not been cleared

In acknowledgement that there are a number of outstanding remedial repairs on the network our Contractor has taken action to carry out temporary ‘make safes’ to keep the network safe while they continue to programme the permanent remedial repairs. These will be revisited for permanent standard repair.

Whilst the road has been patched this was not done properly - the concrete was no replaced(which was removed when the original investigation took place) and additional tarmac pores into the holes. The quality of the repair is very poor and given it his will fail in a couple of months. The road needs to be properly repaired and I would question the procurement and QA processes that Bromley Council has in place for activities it sub contracts as it is paying for poor workmanship and not getting value for money
