Cars parking on the dropped kerb path both sides of home access road

These cars keep parking in these locations blocking the dropped kerb pathways. This forces everyone including the children and disabled residents onto the now narrowed road. It is a huge safety issue and also prevents two cars passing in and out - and a huge issue for our waste collection and delivery vans as this is a cul de sac road. One of the vehicles has been doing this for a long time and the second has started in the last week which has worsened the situation for residents of the street. This is the cul de sac containing numbers 7-12 ensleigh avenue.
