House flooding due to blocked drain

This has been previously reported under reference 5808202 and I have been asked to assist the occupants of Junction House on behalf of Uffington Parish Council. The road side gully drains into the yard of Junction House, (see photos) swings left into the grass and then right towards the railway line. Contractors cleared the first section only, stated that further work was necessary and have not returned. Flooding of the house continues. Grateful if you could complete the job.
