Flooding of pavement of Poplar Close BA2 2JA, pouring down from Hazel Grove car park

There is flooding outside of my property on the pavement and I have followed it to the source which appears to be coming up from under the bricks in the car park near the entrance to Hazel Grove, then streaming down the hill towards my property. Also some drains are blocked along the road.
