Hundreds of cars parked on pavements

Hundreds of cars parked on pavements every day and night during period of Ramadan on 3-4 streets either side of Glasgow Mosque. They park all 4 wheels on pavement. I was just nearly hit by 2 cars pulling all 4 wheels onto a pavement to park across a pedestrian crossing opposite. It is not safe and not acceptable that the council and police allow this to happen to the level of 60-80+ cars every evening across multiple streets. Its very dangerous for cars swerving these parked cars, let alone for pedestrians.
