Speed humps are needing review

The speed humps are too violent for the road conditions and speed limit. Please review them as they are so poorly maintained that drivers are having to go into the middle of the road to navigate over them and the edges are so harsh that cars lower to the ground than an MPV are scuffing. This causes a noise issue as well as damage to the vehicles, personally have to go 10mph over these as it stresses my wheelchair hoist and has smashed my arm hoist sleeve twice. I think it really needs reviewing to make it suitable for the road and the neighbours.

This is from Google street view just over a year ago it states in the bottom left corner. You can see in the image a whole chunk missing as you can probably surmise since then many many more of these potholes and cracks have opened up causing damage to vehicles. I've had to replace two plastic parts on my wheelchair hoist, the splash pan and now my exhaust bracket! Speed humps are only effective if they are maintained and these three aren't and cause an obstruction to traffic on the approach to the village from the south. If speed humps is prescribed they should match the style at the other end of the village which doesn't run across the whole road dumping you in a ditch. I'm actually very frustrated at the cost of going over these potholes humps as you can guess I'm disabled and despite going over them at less than 10mph I still get car damage and physical pain. Desperately need resolution.
