• Thanks for your patience, the asset is reported as having a stuck cover which will be freed by a separate department. This type of work is done in bulk and once done, the drainage contractors will attempt to clean the gully.

• We have been informed by the contractor that a new cover and frame is required at the location - once this has been installed, the drainage crew will return and clean the asset.
