Parking illegally. On double yellow lines installed to protect pedestrians and road users for sight line. Needs enforcing. These photos are a small element of recalcitrant iffenders. Wednesday is Keynsham's day for Enforcement officers but none to be seen. A child or other road user will be killed or seriously injured here soon and B&NES traffic enforcement will be complicit.
