Bus lane and filter lane for Benhall, lights turn red for no reason

The filter lane for Benhall off the A40 westbound turns red every single time the main carriageway lights turn red.
There is absolutely no reason for this, the lights should only turn red when activated by pedestrial crossing.
This is delaying buses through the bus lane and cars for no reason. Causing excess pollution through needles braking and acceleration.
Please fix. This has been broken since the lights were replaced as part of the A40 works.
