Traffic lights on Hucclecote Road/Carisbrooke Road/Churchdown Lane still causing big tailbacks along Hucclecote Road due to change in phasing of lights

As a result of the change to the phasing of the lights at this junction there are long delays being created along Hucclecote Road at most times. This has be reported previously but is still an ongoing issue. Please could the phasing be returned to previous timings to optimise traffic flow from all directions
