• Sorry that this is taking a while to resolve - the gully has a stuck cover which has to be freed by a different department - this type of work is done in bulk orders and will take longer than usual to resolve, the contractors will return to clean the asset once the grate has been released.

• The contractors have made a number of attempts to clear the gully but were unable to do so - they will attempt to clean it under the cyclical schedule when they will be able to make use of the provided traffic management.
