From Green Bowers up to Appleton House. Potholes along the entire length of the road which cannot be avoided. Hazardous for drivers, I have had to replace a tyre this week. The whole road is in an appalling state and has NEVER been properly surfaced in the 30 years I have lived there. The issue has been present for a couple of weeks since the heavy rain and snow but has been a source of misery for locals and residents for many years.

Thank you for reporting a pothole.
First, a safety inspector will visit the location to assess whether a repair needs to be completed and plan the work needed. Works are prioritised based on the urgency of the situation. The council aim to repair all significant potholes (more than 4cm deep and 30cm wide) within 28 days.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
We will provide updates about this report.
On our website you can read about five key actions we’re taking to strengthen the county’s roads. Visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/highways/roads/potholes to find out more.
Thank you again for taking the time to report this issue.
