Scaffolding van parked fully blocking pavement at 15.26, just as children leaving moorlands infant and junior school up the road. Really hazardous. I spoke to one of the men, who was really indifferent and laughed when I took the photo. Seems like it's just standard practice for them. Someone needs to speak to the company.
