Very deep pothole near lane marking. Between Bewbush r'bout and pedestrian crossing

Recently repaired. I saw a truck parked there presumably doing the repairs a few weeks ago. Looked like a substandard job, i.e. it looked like a dollop of tarmac was just dropped into the hole. Sure enough there's now a very large and dangerous hole has reappeared. Within a couple of weeks the repair was clearly starting to fail. On a busy dual carriageway. A little more time and money spent to fix it properly is surely more cost effective than having to revisit the same issues repeatedly due to poor workmanship.

I also reported this in January and was "repaired" with some dollops of tarmac which blew out again shortly after. I asked them to repair it properly but they didn't. This pothole has been going on like this for years. I just hope a councillor damages their wheel on this because that is what it will take for this to be repaired.
