Pot hole is 51 inches in length and 18 inches across at the widest part. It's located at the entrance to our driveway.

Prior to 2019 this pothole at the entrance to our house at 69 Sinah Lane was quite small - around 12 inches long and 7 inches wide. Over the past five years multiple factors have made the pothole much bigger: 1. A marked increase in delivery vehicles during the pandemic 2. Huge, heavy construction vehicles delivering materials for a neighbour's building project over a period of nine months in 2023 3. When two vehicles pass each other at this location they usually veer to the edge of the road 4. Constant driving into the pothole by Royal Mail vans 5. Excessive rainfall in recent years We feel that this pothole is a danger to walkers and cyclists. The tarmac on the road is already cracked and will deteriorate further if left.
