Unauthorized parking

These garages round the back of our house are allocated to house numbers 2,4 and 6, there is meant to be parking for one car in front of these garages however our neighbour constantly parks 2 cars in front of their garage which then means the cars right by our garden gate that we go in and out of and it makes it hard to get our car in and out in front our of middle garage and makes it hard to get our daughter in and out the car. Did leave a note on their car asking them to not park 2 cars there but then this caused them to get a bit abusive and throw rubbish bags into our garden/knock our wheelie bin over
