These significant potholes have still not been dealt with and it is now 37 days since the initial report. Others in Lovibonds Avenue have been fixed. Why not these?

Now 49 days since initially reported, these potholes are severe and difficult to avoid. Why have they still not been dealt with?

Thank you for your update, The area reported was raised via email received. Repairs raised at time of inspection remain outstanding with our contractor and is awaiting completion.

It is now 10 weeks (70 days) since this report was made and still nothing has been done. The potholes outside 92 Lovibonds Avenue were recently fixed within 3 weeks. Why has this report not been dealt with? Appalling service by the Council/Riney.

We know the job is still outstanding with your contractor, the question is WHY? It has now taken more than three times the required response time of 35 days. What action is the Council taking to get this job done?

Thank you for your report regarding this issue. Bromley are aware of the significant volume of works raised and outstanding with our contractor and we are continuing to monitor and liaise with them over this outstanding schedule of works. Our Officers are not able to give precise timeframes to individual jobs at this moment but are continuing to undertake regular safety inspections and check any reported issues. We will continue to work with our contractor to ensure that all outstanding jobs are addressed as quickly as they are able.
