Two blockages close together

One blockage is by Twinner’s garden gate, just below an old trough which is fed by the drain from up the hill. The outflow from the trough is staying on the road surface and obstructing the gate, before finding its way into another drain. The other blockage is further down that pipe, at the end of the garden, where water is coming out of a manhole cover beside a stile and impeding access to the public right of way. The water is running down the hill and flooding the gate and yard of the nearby sheds.
