  • This issue is now accelerating. The number of vans and caravans has reached pandemic; the pavements are rendered useless and bushes filled with detritus. It is an eyesore and a blight on the city. When will the council step up and rid the Downes of this nonsense, provide proper fixed handstanding alternative parking / living for these so called free spirits.
