Excess stones by BP Mitchell Haulage quarry

The B195 Cole Green Lane road has increasing loose stones in the surrounding area of the quarry entrance. I've now had 2 windscreen chips received in the same area so wish to report the issue to avoid other people having the same repair costs/insurance claims. The road is also increasingly dirty and road markings have poor visibility. It is not possible to take photos as there isn't a safe place to stop to do so. Also, very large trucks, frequently drive along the road at speed (area is 40 & 50mph), which could cause similar incidents with the existing state of the road.
