The sign is illegible problem
Adroddwyd yn y categori The sign is illegible am Gloucestershire County Council

Email received by Stroud TC:
The sign outside St Roses (to turn left to Stratford Park) l, as shown here, usually points left and so protrudes by half its width into the area where people walk past it. Given that it is mounted at less than 6", it's bottom edge caught my head as I walked past it in the dark. Hard it not been for my wollen hat it would almost half scalped me. It nearly did anyway: knocking me down, it left a large indent in my scalp and cut cut through the hat. The sign has a very thin and sharp bottom edge. So - please ensure you road signs are set at safe hights for all pavement users. It is now at right angle to its normal position to prevent others being injured. It hit me hard enough to give a 24 splitting headache.
