This was reported some weeks ago,it's been outside for a while,not sure what's wrong with it,litter of all kinds strewn around it and keeps getting worse

  • Really bad now,rubbish bags piling up and being ripped open everywhere and the bin is still there,litter and rubbish all around the bin on the other side of block of flats on ballrd ,lynton terrace

    As you can see the area surrounding ball road flats has got worse maybe its just a health and safety or enviromental health problem

    The communal bin outside the flats has been brought back inside courtyard,there still is a litter problem and flytipping problem in the communal courtyard which all residents can use if they wish or its clean at the time,problems with missed collections from cardiff council don't help with residents bins overflowing onto the floor

  • Fixed for now but are still getting litter,bottles etc around flats area
