Large amount of rubbish and fly tipping

As you enter Beatrice Road from Nightingale Road the first house of the left has an abandoned red car in the driveway and large amount of rubbish and fly tipping has accumulated in front of the property. The house has been rented to a family and like being sub letter as there are many people living in this property. The issue has been present for 6 months and multiple complaints have been made to Enfield Council who has done nothing about it. The rubbish is encouraging rats and foxes road.
