Massive rip in the time Continuum

Road is severely ripped down the middle. A class C road getting used by HGVs entering into Farmfoods has now ripped this road up. When applications are made, town planners should note the road type and if not suitable for larger vehicles incorporate this into the application rejection, until it is included in the plans.
