Dangerous road surface as a result of lorries dropping concrete on road - Pennyquick hill by Newton Road
The concrete is causing the road to have a very poor surface and becoming dangerous for people. It isn't a case of concrete needing to be cleared off, but that the concrete is stripping the road surface back and making it dangerous. It's likely to cause an accident as the road surface is diabolical and it's causing difficulty for vehicles braking. Please could this road surface be looked into and resurfaced? Currently it doesn't meet the legal standards for a road surface

This photo is taken from Google as I can't get there atm because I'm working. The photo here is 2 years old and shows concrete the patch that needs attention. There is more concrete etc stuck on the road here than there was in the Google picture taken 2 years ago.
