Assuming there’s no prior commercial arrangement with GCC, please remove same. Then contact them and ask them to remove all similar banners across Glasgow parks else fine them for each & every one. It's that simple.

Please also ensure that parks' staff pro-actively check & remove similar flyposting in our parks ie stop relying on perpetual public reporting. (There's a GCC depot IN this park.)
