Drop kerb damaged by Plane tree roots/road markings badly worn leading to parking over entrance to 7 properties.

On going through the traffic lights at the Hales Road/Old Bath road heading into town the location is about 50 yards on the left just past the bus shelter. There is a private driveway leading to 7 properties. I personally dragged most of the filthy wet mass of fallen leaves away myself to reveal what is left of the double yellow lines. Not only does it require the road markings to be refreshed but the addition of a "Keep Clear" would help enormously.
