Overgrown tree all weight to one side so is now a danger to life

Anfon at Richmond upon Thames Borough Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 5345796.

This beautiful tree is not being looked after and is now causing damage and a danger to life. The tree has been trimmed just one side leaving all of the weight unevenly over 2 properties rather than empty space. This has caused stress to this tree, made it unsafe and look rediculous- shame as it’s so beautiful.This is grown over both up and downstairs windows ( on one side)causing light deprivation. This tree needs an even trim to sort it before it’s too late. Issue reported many times but has not been made safe.
