Motorbike pulling wheelies and super loud exhuast

Every work day in the morning, around 7am the bike leaves, and generally does not do it in a quiet fashion. Again returns around 4:30-5pm in an even more aggressive fashion, often pulling wheelies from the junction with Roundstone lane till reaching roughly where the pin is dropped at high speed. Will then ride onto the pavement and up into the terraced houses pavement area on the north side of Downs Way all the while revving the engine.

In regards to the bike, it most definitely has an illegal exhaust system fitted with the catalytic converter removed. If I'm on the pavement when he comes past, my children will have to cover their ears as it physically hurts them.
