Flooding on pavement on main road

This is the only pavement on this side of the road it floods every time it rains it is very narrow due to leaves and the DRAINS ARE BLOCKED the water has nowhere to go , the road is very busy the speed is 40mph and cars go through the puddle soaking anyone trying to get along here ,it is dangerous for people trying to use the pavement

Pavement still floods when it rains making it dangerous for people trying to walk along only pavement on this 40mph road the drains have still not be cleared of mud and leaves , drainage ditch to left of picture is full of water due to non maintenance and full of leaves now causing large puddle on service road to houses this problem seems to be falling on deaf ears reported November last year this is not acceptable

Pavement and Road still flooding when it rains ,drains are completely blocked and drainage Ditch is full of leaves and needs clearing ,pavement is dangerous for public on this very busy road this is the only pavement reported October 2023 now April 2024 and still nothing has been done absolute disgrace !!!

Attempted clearing of the ditch today ,a large mud wall has been left leaving this access road a metre narrower ,the mud comes halfway up the bollards and should be at ground level , when it rains again the mud will be washed back into the ditch and all over the access road this is not acceptable
