Lower Mead End Road was resurfaced 3 or 4 months ago. The flooding issue was not addressed and this is already causing damage to the new surface and subsequently potholes are reappearing. It is clear that a culvert / drainage needs to be installed under the road to utilise the ditches and divert water to the River Avon otherwise the repairs are futile and enormously expensive.
