Clanking drain following recent roadwork

The manhole cover in the middle of the road outside of 156 London Road, Cheltenham was damaged by heavy machinery during recent roadworks. There were heavy rollers moving up and down the road whilst it was closed, over multiple nights. The drain now clanks whenever a car drives on the side closest to the centre of the road. The noise is incredibly stressful and it wasn't that long ago that prior clanking drains were finally fixed after years of stress caused by them. Please can you fix it?
