Fence posts on Stoke Lodge

The fence is still on Stoke Lodge despite the TVG registration but it is gradually losing its wire panels. Along the bottom by Cheyne Road and around the corner by Ebenezer Lane most are gone leaving just the green steel square posts set against the foliage which makes them very hard to see especially in low light which is when I took the photo. I was walking and narrowly missed hitting one but I’m very concerned that a jogger could run into a post and injure themselves. I’m unsure if it’s the responsibility of the council or the school that leases the space from them to keep it safe for the public- someone has kindly wrapped striped tape around them for now but they do need removing before there’s an accident.
