Excessive road undulations.

When driving away from the bottom of the well maintained A3M roundabout system onto Harts Farm Way, there is a sudden and unexpected large drop in the road which caused my cars front bumper to hit the road surface. This whole stretch of road has been gradually degrading and is now undulating to a dangerous level in my view, as it is causing abnormal vehicle steering response for a road of this type and likely to cause an accident with incoming vehicles.
