Pothole in road that was ignored during recent repairs

You can see in the picture that several potholes in the road surface were not filled when the rest of the road was repaired in the last month. These are some of the worst damaged areas of tarmac which cause traction issues so I cannot understand why they were not filled/repaired?

Now the road markings have been repainted so it looks like the council is not planning on fixing these splits/cracks/potholes but they desperately need repairing.
