Dangerous tree and leaf fall

This tree has not been looked after and needs crowning- this has now blocked all Light to my house and needs to be trimmed back off my property and allow me to use my windows again. Leaf fall this year has been extremely heavy down our roads leaving 8 inch leaves, which with the wet has now become so slippery my neighbor has to call for assistance to get out of her garden as it’s just too dangerous. The leaves need collecting before someone is injured and the tree needs a trim to be kept nice and grow healthy, not have all the weight on one side, my house side, it needs to be even
