At 13.10 the lights still have have not gone off since dawn. Not much use if meant to be energy saving? Also seem extremely bright compared to previous lighting - is this good for wildlife?

  • Thank you for raising this concern. We are aware of this situation, and this is due to the LED citywide rollout programme.

    We have added this light to the list that requires further attention. There is a communication issue between the lighting central monitoring system (CMS) and the light, and the contractors are working hard to rectify this which is being handled remotely so that the light is not on all day.
