Following utility works directly next to this location, the pavement in front of 11 Hayes Lane driveway has begun to sag and is getting increasingly wore over time. The depression is now full of leaves and water and is becoming a trip hazard to pedestrians (including the local school children). The issue has been getting progressively worse over the past 4 months.
