Cars are on a daily basis parking on double yellow lines near the Great Pulteney Street/ A36 junction. This is a busy road, with many cyclists, who need visibility on corners. Attempts to park on double yellow lines are so frequent many drivers mount the curb in an attempt to distract from their actions.
